1975 Yamaha RD350
This 1975 Yamaha RD350 was purchased as a disassembled project five years ago and subsequently rebuilt as a cafe racer-inspired show bike. Power is from a rebuilt 350cc two-stroke twin with new crank seals, Wiseco pistons, ported reed cages, a Banshee boost bottle, Powerdynamo battery-less ignition, and more. Shifting is through a six-speed transmission using a close ration RD400 gear set, and the bodywork has been modified with a custom tank, seat pan, and competition-style fairing. This RD350 was twice awarded Best Cafe Racer at the Barber Vintage Motorcycle Festival..
